Position: HVAC Supervisor
Location: North – Ideal candidate in Manchester
Salary: £51,583.78 per annum + Benefits (see below)
Benefits: Company car / Van, company pension scheme, BUPA (couple cover), 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), death in service (4 times salary)
Hours: 45 per week, Monday-Friday
On Call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
We are advertising this HVAC Supervisor role on behalf of our client ‘City Facilities Management’. City FM was established in 1985 and the company has grown to become one of the world’s largest privately held, integrated FM companies.
Job purpose:
The HVAC Supervisor is crucial to the delivery of PPM, Reactive and testing workstreams whilst supporting with technical assistance to all maintenance teams across the estate. This role will require you to supervise, influence and build strong relationships with the customer, internal teams and regional HVAC technicians.
The role is responsible for effectively leading and managing the HVAC teams to ensure reactive and planned works are completed to the highest standard and adhere to all regulatory standards. This role will also be responsible for overseeing all technical standards within the operation. To be a technical expert and key account holder for Fgas ensuring maintenance of our obligations to ensure our ongoing membership, in addition to supporting and guiding engineers through any training.
All work will need to be completed in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the laid down Company Health and Safety policies.
