The role

This is a crucial role for delivering our transformational change. The purpose of this role is to deliver services through whole training cycle with a special focus on business transformation and IT, providing solutions for all staff.

It has the following main responsibilities:

• To support the development of the group IT training plan by carrying out an IT annual training needs analysis for all staff and managers to support our business transformation activities.
• Engage with the whole Group to discover training needs, in particular the IT team, to support delivery of business transformation.
• Work with company strategy to support all aspects of major change within the organisation through designing engaging, innovative and exciting training materials, and courses to aid business transformation.
• Enthuse and motivate through your delivery using a variety of methods e.g. Webinars, videos, classroom, e-learning
• Work with all learning styles to ensure delivery of training is well received and learning is used to drive transformation forward.
• Experience of delivering and evaluating training solutions including IT

What we need

For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience:

• Experience of the MS apps and technology stack including Office 365 and Dynamics 365
• Experience of skills gap analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of training, bringing the skills of staff and managers to the expected level
• Experience of identifying training needs through IT helpdesk ticketing system
• Creative, dynamic, detail conscious and good organisational skills
• Experience of working with business transformation projects
