An exciting opportunity has arisen in the space-tech domain for x4 Java developers to build a mission capability system and mould a team around them. Up for a new venture?
An global business with a world-wide footprint across UK, USA, Far East and Europe have released 4 new opportunities for Graduates and Mid-Level Java engineers to join a greenfield project.
You will be joining a group of 150 techies and working alongside Backend Developers, Full-Stack Engineers, Platform engineers, & their Cyber Security team. You will have the opportunity to work in a cross-functional team, gathering everyone else’s experience and soaking in new information every day, in a truly agile environment.
The Java developers joining this team will be working closely with a Team Lead and x3 other seniors who are building out the function in the next 6 months therefore, you will have a voice in moulding this team.
Alongside this, as a Java developer, you will be designing, developing and delivering the products across the Space-tech domain using agile methodologies and Java, Springboot, Microservices, Python, Golang, Javascript, Angular, AWS, and SQL to name a few technologies.
You do not need experience in all the above, if you have coded away in Java, happy to cross train into other areas and are familiar with Agile methodologies – this role will be perfect for you.
The salary for this position can go up to £70k, plus remote or hybrid opportunity, flexible working hours, medical cover, dental care, 38 days holiday and 1 stage interview process. Please note, this role needs someone to start ASAP.
