Job Description

My client is a successful family owned business who provide unique, exclusive and innovative eco-friendly recycling to blue chip companies throughout the UK & Ireland. They are privileged to work with the world's leading brands such as BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Coca-Cola, Santander, H&M, Adidas and Greggs.

They are a friendly enthusiastic team who are passionate about finding recycling solutions and making a difference to their clients. To help their business grow further they now need an experienced Lead Generator with an excellent customer centric focus, resilience, tenacity, impeccable communication and administration skills and the desire to make and convert initial conversations into booked appointments.

The role:

• Generate qualified leads/appointments for the sales team
• Identify key personnel within target markets
• Contact, build and develop relationships with sourced contacts
• Generate initial interest in product range and solutions
• Book and confirm appointments for the sales team
• Update CRM system
• Attend regular 121 and team meetings, (online or in person)
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions as required

You will need previous experience within a lead generation or sales environment, with a proven track record in actively researching and identifying connections within businesses, prospecting new business opportunities and booking appointments over the telephone.

Working as part of a wider team will be appealing, as will developing and growing with the role, and you will need to be positive, enthusiastic, engaged and dedicated.

Salary is based on £30,000FTE, plus performance based bonuses

Part time and hybrid/home working is available - you must be able to travel to head office in the Bridgend region regularly.
