Job Description


Our leaders raise the bar, and we need a Leadership Development Partner who will elevate the company’s investment in our most valuable asset, our people. We’re looking for candidates who have a story to tell, who can share their experiences and relate to the challenges leaders often face.

You will be pivotal in driving our leadership development programs within the ‘Fraser Group Leadership Academy’, igniting inspiration and relying on your experience to coach and deliver first class learning content to our leaders. This investment in our leadership teams will drive individual and business performance across the group.

In this future focused role, you will be involved with designing and delivering compelling management & leadership content.

  • Facilitate and deliver high impact courses in a face-to-face, blended and digital environment as appropriate
  • Design creative, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences & resources with a focus on leadership development
  • Manage, develop and mentor the Management Development Trainer
  • Source relevant external learning solutions which identify with Frasers values and operational principles
  • Coach and support managers to achieve performance objectives
  • Full program management of the relevant courses
  • Regularly review existing content to ensure relevance and adapt where appropriate
  • Bulid a strong working relationship with the HRBP’s and engage with training ambassadors across the group to support with the delivery of training
  • Work closely with the Digital Learning team, providing appropriate management & leadership content for e-learning solutions via the LMS - Learning Cloud

Qualifications
  • Has a passion for management and leadership development
  • Has previous experience in a managerial role
  • Confident handling large data sets and experienced in program evaluation
  • Takes an interest in new ideas and engaging techniques
  • An energy and enthusiasm for their work, ensuring the focus is always on delivering the best learning outcomes and performance impact.
  • Confident delivering online and in-person facilitation
  • Flexible and responsive to changing business and learner needs
  • Organised and structured approach to work
  • Personal resilience to manage competing priorities
  • Continually identifying areas for self-development, seeking and taking on board feedback.
  • CIPD Level 5 in L&D or equivalent L&D qualification - desired but not essential
  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
  • Availability to travel within the UK when required
