Part-time Learning and Development Administrator
Remote with 1 day per month in Oxford
£30,000-£35000 for a 30-hour week excellent benefits

Our client is a fast-growth consultancy with a newly created role to support the L&D manager in high-volume training arrangements and also some HR administrative support such as organising the inductions. Key duties will be:
Manage key processes/actions for example maintaining the L&D calendar, responding to queries via the shared mailbox and planning new starter inductions
Take ownership of all L&D administration processes including workshop scheduling, logging attendance, collating feedback and liaising with attendees, and external and internal facilitators.
Drive L&D engagement by maintaining and growing the company intranet and associated platforms.
Coordinate and drive the end-to-end process of L&D reporting within agreed timescales.
Build and maintain good working relationships across the business, to provide a professional, value-added L&D offering.
The role can be remote-based, or the L&D administrator can work from London or Oxford. 1 day per month is required at the Oxford office.

L&D or Training experience is preferred for this role. Salary is dependent on experience.
