Are you interested in working with adults who have a learning disability?

Do you enjoy working in a role which is varied and interesting?

We are looking for an Associate Practitioner to work within the Learning Disability Partnership service, within Cambridge City. The Cambridgeshire Learning Disability Partnership (LDP) consists of six integrated specialist health and social care teams as well as local authority run day and accommodation services for adults with a Learning Disability.

This is an Ideal opportunity for people who wish to develop a wide variety of skills in working with adults who have a learning disability. The successful application would be working within and MDT alongside arts therapists, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech and language therapists.

The role involves working with people in a variety of setting such as their own homes, supported living, day opportunities and the wider community.
