About the role:

• You will be confident and take ownership in attending to emergency calls for maintenance from all departments, ensuring all priority jobs are completed and respond to changes in job priorities at short notice.
• Ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with Health Safety regulations, alswell as being aware of your responsibilities under the Health Safety at Work Act.
• You will be a teamworker and show flexibility in completing any other reasonable task as required by the Maintenance Manager
• To be fully aware of the Hotel's Fire Safety Procedures.
• Additionally there is a requirement to be "on call" in a rota basis

Skills:

• Electrical and plumbing experience is desirable
• An eye for detail
• Good communication skills
• Previous Hotel experience is desirable
