My client is a start-up engineering company, with strong financial backing.They are developing an innovative, patented marine product for launch in 2023.
The organisation is a small but growing, experienced team of people who are passionate about successfully bringing this technologically leading product to market. Each team member has a 'hands on' approach and supports each other for the benefit of the programme.
The role:
The Marketing & Communications Manager will execute marketing and communication strategy to meet business objectives & establishthe company as an industry leading brand with clearly defined values and premium products through clear understanding of customer's needs.
You will own the Product Management function to drive market share growth via the clear definition of competitor landscape, a market led value proposition and product & technology development strategy. As well as define and implement the marketing organisation, supported by industry leading processes and systems to lead brand development, market share growth, and support wider business objectives.
The following attributes will be a distinct advantage:
Experience in an SME but has worked at a Senior level.
Salary Up to 48,237 depending on experience. Youll lead your team to deliver top quality and cost-efficient water supplies, to meet our customers needs
You'll also be available for the shifts advertised within the job advert. And dont worry if you havent got any food service or retail experience.
