The Marketing Lead will lead on the design, implementation, and analysis of collaborative marketing plans for a range of partners within an assigned portfolio.
Demonstrable experience in campaign management is essential.
This role sits within an experienced cross functional team of superb Marketers and brilliant Graphic Designers who like to deliver nothing short of BRILLIANT marketing and communications! Tasks and responsibilities include:
– Working closely with other members of the team to fully understand overarching team objectives
– Producing on-brand and innovative marketing plans to pitch to supplier partners
– Securing investment from supplier partners and creating marketing plans to budget that produce ROI
– Owning campaigns from beginning to end – from the point of pitching, to sending end of campaign reports and prize management
– Securing repeat investment from supplier partners due to positive ROI
– Copywriting for both campaigns and ad-hoc pieces across a range of channels including eshots, web banners, trade press, blogs, advertorials, websites and more
– Ensuring all work is completed on time, to budget and to a very high standard
– Booking trade press/third party press as required
– Develop brilliant knowledge of the supplier partners within your portfolio – their products, services, unique selling points and their objectives
– Building excellent relationships with supplier partners within your portfolio for mutual benefit, hosting and attending meetings, events and required
– Pioneering new ideas for campaigns, marketing channels etc, pitching/presenting ideas to stakeholders of all levels
– Working with an in-house graphic design team to brief them on campaign visions
– Building relationships with external agencies to deliver projects as required
– Working on multiple projects during the same period
– Producing full, accurate and professional end of campaign reports in a timely manner
The successful candidate will:
– Have a full-mix marketing skill set
– Be comfortable pitching ideas to stakeholders at all levels
– Extensive experience in campaign management
– Be passionate, curious and creative
– Be willing to share ideas to propel marketing work forward
– Have a great attitude and eagerness to collaborate to achieve shared goals

– Budget management experience would be beneficial
