Job Description
A well-established technology organisation is looking for a dynamic, creative and motivated Marketing Manager to join its growing, highly professional team based in Bedford. Please note that this is a hybrid role, consisting of regular travel to the Bedford office and therefore a full UK driving license is required.
Reporting to the General Manager of the Business Innovation Division, the successful candidate will develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy in line with the business plan and product value proposition to meet customers’ needs. The successful candidate will identify and assess market needs and develop a product marketing strategy to target customers and market segments. You will analyse market competition and develop responsive marketing strategies and required actions to Partners and launch new products including preparation of sales materials and launch kit for Partners. You will Develop pricing strategies align with product positioning and sales target, and arrange and execute product training to Distributors and Channel Partners.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, ideally within a marketing discipline or a similar relevant field and will possess a minimum of 5 years B2B Marketing experience within multi-functional devices (MFD), office products and software market. You will have a multi-disciplinary marketing background with understanding of the complete customer journey cycle. You will be experienced in undertaking market research, competitor analysis, complex strategy implementations and go-to-market planning. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) are all pre-requisites to be successful in this role.
