Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Matrons Assistant with good organisational skills to join our friendly wards. Cookson Devas and Gardner ward at the Conquest Hospital - these are both general surgical wards, but Gardner also has elective surgery. The Matrons assistant supports the matrons in their roles and helps support the team. This post will be shared between the wards, and would have to split the days between both.
Undertake a range of routine administrative and secretarial tasks to
provide support to the Matrons in a busy environment. Supporting the team with their learning and development. Ordering equipment. Updating ward folders. Organisation and filling.
