We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Band 6 Mental Health (MH) Practitioner to join our St Ives Neighbourhood Team (NT) Older People's Service. This is a great opportunity to join our friendly and passionate Team working with a specialised client group.
You will not only be part of an established well integrated MH team including CPNs, psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrist, MH Support Worker, Social Workers, and will be part of the exciting Integrated Care model built around NT's.
We are motivated to provide a service-user focused, evidence-based interventions for people aged 65 and over living in their own homes/care homes with both Functional/Organic mental health illness. We seek to provide high quality and effective treatment, care and support which is informed by your professional body.
The post has opportunities to develop skills and knowledge via training and working alongside experienced practitioners and to be involved in service improvement.
To Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off. Occasional evenings will be required when. Two days off together working on a Wednesday to Sunday rota.
