Equans is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Birmingham to cover the technical refurbishment of high rise schemes across the city on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
To effectively, plan, manage and control Projects and Partnerships
To be in full control of a number of sites with various Clients in the region
Implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy
leading on all activities from pre-commencement to completion with a dedicated team under your direction
adherence to Health and safety, Budgeted expense, Quality, Company policies and procedures and Contract documentation
