Our Client are a boutique Firm of Independent Financial Advisers who maintain a Client Bank consisting of high net worth individuals who are currently going through a period of growth and are looking to add a talented Trainee Paraplanner in there dynamic an growing organisation.
The role will involve playing a key part assisting with Administration related tasks, and incorporating writing bespoke Suitability reports in to the role with a clear career path in to being a fully-fledged Paraplanner, you will be joining a close not team who pride on integrity and delivering an exceptional service to there growing Client base.
Responsibilities
" Provide high quality support to our Consultants
" Draft Technical suitability report 's in accordance with compliance guidelines
" Assist Consultants in the production and issuing of client advice, including liaison with product providers and undertaking product research for the Consultant
" Prepare and issue client reviews including obtaining product specific information e.g. switch fees and funds available and charges
" Work with FE analytics
" IRESS Quotes and Protection Case Preparation
" Co-ordinate the issuing of client advice, client correspondence and enclosures
" Process new business process through to conclusion
" Work with Platform sites
" Completing Replacement Business forms, gathering information from providers.
" Production of quotes and relevant application paperwork via various external provider platforms
