Arriva Rail London is on the look out for a proven railway, data specialist to join their performance team where you will be reporting directly into the Head of Performance Support and Relationships, leading on performance data generation for Arriva Rail London.
Management of the attribution process within guidelines of Delay Attribution Principles and Rules, ensuring that all incidents are appropriately disputed and escalated.
Ensure robust management of the commercial regimes relating to performance, whilst also making sure that Arriva Rail London are reporting against the Concession metrics for punctuality and reliability.
Maintain up to date records of al incidents that are escalated to level two and three, as well as maintenance of the ARL Compass performance database in respect of attribution.
Ensuring the Train Running Under Systems, train service performance data is relevant, accurate and reliable.
Full ownership of the Network Rail and ARL relationship regarding delay attribution working to continuously improve resolutions.
Utilise industry leading data management techniques, ensuring that data captured is as efficient as possible, working to identify opportunities for performance data capture improvement.
Deputise the Head of Performance Support & Relationships when needed.
Strong Data Management experience working across the Railway.
Prior experience of carrying out Delay Attribution resolutions, with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the delay attribution principles and rules.
This individual would ideally have a strong understanding of the ARL and Network Rail operations, geography and train service plans.
People management experience is essential, also the ability to negotiate internally and externally as well as influencing others whilst working under pressure.
Process improvement is integral for this position, as well as someone who has the ability to investigate and interpret train running information effectively.
