Job Description

The key responsibilities of the PA are:

  • Provide full support to the Executive team.
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Delegate work to the appropriate person when required.
  • Act as that main interface between the Executives and rest of the team.
  • Diary management
  • Provide secretarial support as required.
  • Production of agendas and arranging board meetings when necessary.
  • Note taking during meetings as required.
  • Prepare governance reports for board/committees
  • Ensuring that the board/committees are acting within their teams of reference and delegated authorities.
  • Maintain the group governance calendar
  • Support the policy manager on oversight of delivery of the groups strategy and policy framework.
  • Any other duties commensurate with your skill set
  • Deal with incoming queries, delegating as necessary.

The Successful Applicant

  • Good standard of education , typically 5 GCSE's at grade 4 or above.
  • Proven ability of taking high quality professional minutes
  • Previous experience of working within the housing sector.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence to work with Directors and Non Executive Directors.
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach to work.
  • Have means to travel independently to other locations if required.
