A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor to join a successful and busy practice based in Leicester.
 
 Our client is a top 45 law firm with offices throughout the UK. They are highly respected in the public sector, acting for many local, police and fire authorities, and NHS trusts. They are also recognised as a strong provider of a diverse range of commercial services for public sector bodies, large institutions, owner-managed businesses and PLCs.
 
 The team provide a full, expert service in defending public and employers liability claims, particularly workplace, public sector and claims against the emergency services. They are second-to-none in providing defendant litigation services in these specialist areas and operate on a national basis with dedicated workplace, public and police teams.
 
 The role involves assisting other fee earners with their caseloads of fast and multi-track litigated cases for a wide range of clients as well as managing your own case load. There are plenty of opportunities within the Leicester based team to learn wider skills such as business development, business planning, profile raising etc.
 
 The ideal candidate will have defendant motor personal injury litigation experience and be able to multi-task and prioritise their own workload whilst working to strict deadlines and targets.
 
 The successful candidate should be between 3-5years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have prior experience.
