Working across two of our fashion brands – I SAW IT FIRST and Missguided, duties will include but not limited to:

• Daily leadership of a team of photographers, and to lead and develop the team and the business strategy.
• Working closely with the Studio Manager to deliver world class ecomm and campaigns, on time, on brand and within budget.
• Leading the photography direction, working closely the retouch department, creative, brand and the studio team.
• Leading the day-to-day operation of the Studio on-set across model and non-clothing/accessories categories.
• Daily execution and delivery of quality commercially viable photography, with or without specific art direction.
• Working with the studio team to develop, pitch and deliver new and innovate creative concepts.
• Working with the Studio Manger to produce and define style guides.
• Supporting the team in following established processes to deliver agreed creative and quality standards in line with departmental strategy.
• Taking the lead when directing models and retaining a balanced studio atmosphere in a busy, fast paced studio.
• Maintain a professional, organised and productive working environment.
• Using advanced technical knowledge of studio lighting to deliver quality fashion credible content.
• Ensuring all studio equipment is maintained and in working order. Along with communicating equipment needs/failures to the Studio Manager.
• Will be required to complete ad-hoc offsite creative and operational projects.
• Be innovative regarding lighting and shooting techniques to ensure I SAW IT FIRST and Missguided imagery is ahead of the competition.

• Must have previous experience working within a senior photography role for an online fashion retailer, across both campaign/creative & ecommerce.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders and team members across the business.
• Experience with relevant studio operational software and hardware. Profoto lighting, Canon cameras, Capture One and Adobe Photoshop is essential. Experience with Creative Force and Adobe Premiere Pro would also be ideal.
