Quest Search & Selection are working for a retailer who is looking for a POS Assistant to support within this multi-faceted retail & food business. In this role you will be responsible for the creation of in-store Point Of Sale (POS) in line with brand guidelines and promotional launches;

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for any ad-hoc POS requests and work with the Commercial team on any additional promotions which require signage
• Communicate effectively with Operations, Marketing and Store teams, handling any ad-hoc POS requests they may have,
• Forward plan POS and budget activity to ensure each store has a suitable POS package that is cost-effectively
• Maintain a record of print jobs and oversee, monitor and report on POS spend
• Keep the POS software up-to-date and accurate
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key requirements:

• Ideally at least 6 months of experience within an office or retail environment
• Open to graduate or graduate calibre candidates
• Interest in marketing or design is desirable but not essential
• Good administrator skills
• Good communicator – verbal and written
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solver
• Ability to work across multiple brands
