IT at Frasers Group is delivered by the in-house team who are passionate about what they do and are not dependent on outsourced organisations to deliver the core systems. We have a £5,000 per head annual training budget, as well as a bonus scheme where 8 peer nominated winners can earn double their monthly salary.
This role is available on a mainly remote basis with occasional Shirebrook office presence when required
You will be joining our newly formed Technology Enablement team – a team who drive innovation and creativity across our wider IT function. Our mission is to build, define and deploy development best practices, and to be a central resource for adapting and rolling out best practice across the business.
We’re at the start of our journey with rolling out Microsoft Teams across our retail division, we’ve started to unlock the potential of low/no code solutions and are now looking for an Engineer to help drive us forward.
