Job Description

An exciting role has become available with a local Wilmslow based law firm for a personable and ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join their well-regarded team.

Our client is a full-service, award winning law firm who offer exceptional legal advice across the Cheshire market.

You will be given the chance to work on a wide-ranging Private Client caseload of varying levels intricacy, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop yourself as a Private Client Solicitor as you will be working directly with highly experienced lawyers and partners. Our client has a supportive team who are committed to your development, they offer clear and achievable routes to progress your career.

Your key responsibilities:

• Run a full and varied private client caseload including wills, trusts, probate and estate matters.
• Handle cases of high-net-worth, including LPA, POA matters.
• Take an active part in business development opportunities.
• Participation in marketing activities on a firmwide, group and office basis.
• Supervision of other fee earning colleagues if necessary.
• Attend to clients both on the phone and in person to provide professional support in a friendly manner.
