Due to continued growth, the position of Quantity Surveyor has become available to join our successful team based in Newquay, Cornwall.

The A30 Chiverton to Carland Cross is a Design and Build contract for 12.5km (8 miles) of new dual carriageway between Chiverton Cross & Carland Cross roundabouts on the A30. This is the final section of the A30 between Redruth & Exeter that requires dualling, the majority of the existing single carriageway A30 will be retained for local traffic.

This role is predominantly site based in Cornwall with the opportunity for dynamic working.

Role Requirements

• You will hold a RICS/CICES accredited degree

• Relevant commercial experience on an infrastructure project

• Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive

• Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way

• Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
