Job Description

Adecco UK are recruiting for a receptionist to work for one of our prestigious Rail clients! This will be a full time, Temporary role. Perfect for someone who wants to make a bit of extra money without committing to a long contract.

Title: Receptionist

Location: Swindon (SN1)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Start Date: 1 st June 2023


Requirements
  • Reception experience within a busy fast paced environment
  • Answering and diverting phone call
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Dealing will GWR emails (concerning meeting rooms and couriers and general problems that may occur within the building)
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post
  • Must have a can-do attitude and always happy to help
