Job Description

Reception position .

Admin, phone answering, able to use a computer, customer facing role, basic email communication.

Good level of English language needed, presentable and customer service experience is needed.

Good understanding of written and spoken English Email and internet communications Ability to extract and interrogate data from computer systems Basic Microsoft Excel Basic Microsoft Word Good interpersonal and customer care skills Good communication skill.

The job sits within Supported Living which provides a comprehensive range of high quality accommodation support services for vulnerable and disadvantaged people whose needs cannot be met in general.

Assist in the delivery, coordination and maintenance of an effective administration service to support the openeeds of the business.

Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to ensure excellent customer service idelivered. Resources Resolve problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed Assist in the maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cambridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

  • English (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
