What will you be doing?

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to define requirements, as well as give advice on the talent market
• Continually seek opportunities for innovation in talent sourcing
• Own the end-to-end process from advert creation, pro-active sourcing, screening, interview and offer management through to onboarding
• Become an expert in your field; build a network of candidates and be a sponge for knowledge in the industry so that you can be the go-to person for the business and candidates alike
• Build specific talent pools within the Agile/Tech consulting space
• Use social media channels to drive brand awareness
• And much more!

What are we looking for?

• Experience of talent acquisition/recruitment gained from either an agency or in-house environment
• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn
• Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
• A people person – we’re a friendly bunch here!
