Recruitment Consultant- Sales & Marketing

Pay- £22,000- £25,000 - Location: Head Office- Dudley

This is the perfect role for someone working as a recruitment consultant who may be looking for a new challenge. Ideally someone with an interest in Sales & Marketing with the chance to work on the US market.

The role in a nutshell


You will be tasked with developing an established area of Concept within the Sales & Marketing space, we have experienced a strong demand from our clients in this area and we are looking to expand our team further. The role will entail developing new relationships with clients and building a lucrative candidate base in the Sales & Marketing sector. You will be given great scope to build a successful division by growing the overall team GP number and developing accounts.

Profile:


You will have a min. of 1 years recruitment experience, gained as a specialist within Sales & Marketing. You will be self-motivated with the ambition and drive to develop a strong market presence. You should be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previous revenue targets and development of business relationships (both candidates and clients). You must have ability for both new business generation and account management / delivery.

  • Experienced Recruiter, ideally within Marketing and Sales (recruiters with transferable sector knowledge are welcome to apply)
  • Must be a confident sales professional, someone who can build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development, negotiate and objection handling
  • Candidate management, including sourcing and networking
