Graduate Recruitment Role - Derby - Basic £24,000+, £35,000+ OTE year 1, £45,000-£55,000 OTE year 2, £60,000+ OTE year 3 + Bonuses!

  • A degree-educated individual with a 2:1 or higher
  • A self-starter, someone who can push through challenges
  • Someone who ideally has experience in a working environment
  • Someone who is self-disciplined, focused, and a sponge for information!
  • Hardworking by nature, an individual who thrives in a results-driven environment
  • Sports background to a good level would be an advantage

What your day looks like:

  • Attracting, screening and qualifying A-grade candidates
  • Communicating through various methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, emails, telephone calls, etc to your candidates and clients
  • Writing engaging, eye-catching job adverts to attract the right candidates for opportunities
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation throughout
  • Proficiency in administrative skills
  • Business development, managing your own clientele; all whilst increasing your earning potential
