• Building rapport with clients and candidates (they should be your best friend)
• Have the ability to ask open questions and capture important information
• Happy to work to targets
• Savvy on a computer so that you can work quickly and efficiently
• Be able to think on your feet and use your initiative
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment
