About the Company

Precision Resource Group are a high achieving, client centred company offering exciting recruitment consultant roles to people looking for a new and challenging venture. All brands will be hiring, including Panoramic Associates (Public Sector), iO Associates (IT Tech and Engineering), Panoramic Care (Healthcare and Education) and Finitas (Insurance and Financial Services).

The Requirements

• Resilient - able to bounce back from challenging days.
• Good understanding of day-to-day responsibilities.
• Desire to work in a sales and target driven environment.
• Confident and energetic communicator - ideal for daily sales calls.
• 180 and 360 roles available depending on what you're looking for.
• Open to experience; telesales, sales, marketing, estate agency, energy, insurance, recruitment etc.

The Role

• Engaging with old and new clients to understand the company and the requirements for their roles.
• Advertising new roles and attracting new candidates.
• Qualify and interview the candidates to match their skillset to the desired role.
• Building relationships with both client and candidate to establish professional connections in the industry.
