Job Description

We have vacancies on Benson Ward for Registered Nursing Associates. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Ward team.

Benson is a busy Trauma and Orthopaedic ward. Patients are admitted via Accident and Emergency as well as home and from other areas.

The successful applicant will be involved in supporting the trained nurses to deliver high standards of care whilst using a wide range of skills. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

To work independently within the clearly defined boundaries of the Registered Nursing Associate competencies and scope of practice.

Work with Registered Practitioners in the provision of nursing care.

To be involved in the admission and discharge process, completing assessments and individual care plans meeting the holistic needs of the patients. Completing patient referrals to other services to ensure safe care provision.
