SaccoMann have been instructed on an exciting Residential Conveyancer position based in central Derby. My client are well known across the East Midlands region and have continued to go from strength to strength over their many years of establishment. This opportunity would suit someone looking to take their career in Conveyancing to the next level with a progressive and forward-thinking law firm.

The role

• Managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload
• This will include sales and purchase matters, freehold and leasehold, new builds and remortgages
• Drafting relevant legal documentation
• You will provide first class client care and ensure clients are kept up to date at each stage of their case

The ideal candidate

• Ideally, you will be a Residential Conveyancer with upwards of 12 months' worth of experience in managing your own case load of varied matters
• You will be a confident communicator with strong drafting and organisational skills
