We are searching for a polite, professional Sales and Retention Advisor to work within our existing Contact Centre Sales and Retention Team. You will work alongside our passionate Sales and Retention Advisor team in a fast paced and rewarding environment. You will work towards securing new members and retaining current members for FSB. This is within a great team environment and a supportive culture.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to existing Members to secure the renewal of membership.
  • Making outbound calls to prospective potential members, following up on marketing activity or previous contacts made.
  • Handling inbound calls relating to both existing members wishing to cancel memberships, and new membership enquiries.
  • Achieving monthly targets focused on sales, quality, and productivity measures.
  • Be fully up to date with all Service Provider information and the rights of membership benefits.
  • Keeping up to date with FSB news, wider industry activity and our products and services to provide relevant information to our members.
  • Using software, scripts, databases, and tools effectively.
  • Contribute to a strong culture of learning and feedback.

  • Self-motivated and hungry for success.
  • A target driven person.
  • Someone with great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Contact centre/Call centre experience.
  • Sales experience over the phone or in person.
  • Computer literate, in particular Microsoft products & databases.
  • Experience of working with data and an awareness of GDPR.
