Job Description
Recra is working in partnership with a British multinational manufacturer of equipment for construction, waste handling, and demolition, we are looking to add a Sales Manager to their team specialising in generators and plant equipment.
Duties:
- Build strong and positive relationships with customers.
- Build and document knowledge about the customer business and technical setup.
- Feedback on any important customer information to the Company.
- Prepare customer quotations for Construction Machinery.
- Liaise with the used equipment manager on any construction machine part exchanges.
- To complete the full machine specification to meet the customer requirements on all Construction Machine orders, including all relevant customer information.
- To include any Machine Attachment requirements to meet the customers’ needs.
- Liaise with the Demonstration Manager to carry out full machine demonstrations and installations on the customer site.
- Increase the company’s Construction sales and profitability in line with objectives.
- Responsible for the monitoring of Customer account facility status and collection of Customer payments for all Construction sales.
- Update daily the client's Sales system to enable accurate forecasting.
- To meet and exceed customer expectations on customer service.
- Establish and maintain good levels of communication within and outside the business.
- Complete all administration accurately and in a timely manner.
- Contribute to overall success through teamwork and good communication within the company.
- Appropriate reporting to Management.
- Carry out all work practices in line with company health and safety policy and adhere to all company policies in accordance with the Company handbook terms and conditions of employment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary to fulfill the role.

Hours: Mon-Fri 7.30-4.30 pm.
