The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for implementing / developing and managing sales processes and reporting to enable the growth of their customer base. They will develop and manage the back offices sales processes to enable the Sales Managers to maximise their time with customers and report on Sales performance at all levels of the business.
The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the VP of Sales to implement the Sales Strategy across the sales organisation, by providing the relevant systems, processes, tools and reporting. They will also work closely with Finance and HR to ensure there is clear and transparent reporting to the: Board / senior management team / employees and other stakeholders.
Duties
" Identify / implement and review sales systems and tools which enable the effective management of the sales team. Including but not limited to: CRM and sales pipeline.
" Working with the Sales team to ensure the information provided in the CRM / Pipeline is accurate.
" Create and manage a suite of KPI reports which enable the clear measurement of the sales team's performance, including but not limited to: sales pipeline, conversion rates, return on investment, revenue, sales forecasting, OTE, etc.
" Analysis and manipulate data from different sources to support forecasting and reporting using MS Excel and PowerBI.
Essential
" Fluent in English with clear concise communication both written and verbal.
" Degree level educated (or equivalent).
" Implementing / managing and improving sales CRM systems.
" Pipeline management.
" Good knowledge of Wordpress or similar website development tools.
" Developing KPI dashboards.
" Ability to manipulate and analysis data to identify key areas of importance, areas of improvement and implementing required changes.
" Ability to resolve complex problems.
" Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be experienced in managing design, delivery and commissioning of Building services in a construction environment.
To Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off. Occasional evenings will be required when. Two days off together working on a Wednesday to Sunday rota.
