Main Duties

In addition to providing Hair Cuts, Styling, Colour and Treatment services to an exceptional standard (while ensuring your Clients are delighted with you and Allertons), as Head Stylist / Salon Manager, you are responsible for: Managing, maximising, and promoting your and your teams columns to achieve personal and company goals; working with colleagues to create a fun yet professional and supportive working environment; Achieving Salon sales targets; recruiting for vacancies within your Salon; Providing training and development to your team; Stock control and ordering; and more.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00-£19.00 per hour
