Your New Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Administrator - (Change & Improvement) to join our Finance Services Team in Liverpool. This role is Hybrid with a mix of office and home based.

The Senior Administrator plays an important part in assisting the Finance services team with projects and identifying the continuous improvement within the area. As the successful candidate you will have 1 direct report and will report to the Change & Improvement Manager.

The Change & Improvement team will serve purely the Finance Services team within ABS, they will have a close link to the wider Performance & Improvement team within ABS.

The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders within the Finance Services area
  • Understanding processes and procedures that each team follow
  • Identifying potential improvements
  • Project management, Business case creation and Reporting & MI
  • Assisting team members with queries
  • Ensure that team members are delivering the best standard of service
  • Engagement of wider ABS key stakeholders

We want to hear from you if you have:


  • Experience in a similar role within Financial Services
  • Strong Stakeholder management experience
  • Basic Commercial, Financial and procurement acumen
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft office suite
  • Team Leader experience or people management experience
  • Project management skills
