Senior Building Surveyor/Associate Director

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor/Associate Director to join a well established building/construction Consultancy based in West Yorkshire.

The company is a well established Consultancy who operate throughout Yorkshire as well as other sites/projects nationwide. My client get involved in Commercial, Education, Leisure and Healthcare.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Building Surveyor/Associate Director role:

• Advise clients about property/building issues. This can include commercial, environmental, sustainability, building regulation, technical or restoration matters.

• Building Surveys

• Monitor

• Assessments

• Write technical reports

• Prepare budgets/cost plans

• Oversee and manage Tender processes

• Client facing

• Work to budgets

• Attend client/site meetings

• Ensure project delivery meets programme requirements

• Monitor contractor progress on site

Experience required for this Senior Building Surveyor/Associate Director role:

• Degree in construction related field

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Experience working in Refurbishment projects

• RICS qualified

• Ideally experience working for a Consultancy

• Basic Salary of up to £70,000
