About the Role

Reporting to our Technical Lead of the Specialized Businesses Unit division, the Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for forming part of a new team, focused on Reliability Engineering for one of the Bullhorn products, with a customer-first mantra of stabilization and optimization. We are looking for a passionate builder who is excited about improving the lives of our customers, our developers, and our operational teams.

The main responsibilities for this full stack engineering position would be:
  • Building out new features in our web app (Angular 11+/Typescript)
  • API development (.Net Core and Framework)
  • Developing our desktop application (WPF & C#)

A typical day will include…

  • Providing technical leadership and direction within a team while ensuring business objectives and client expectations are met.
  • Leading technical solutions for feature development design, documenting and implementation with the team.
  • Writing and unit testing clean, performant and reusable C# and TypeScript.
  • Designing and Implementing REST APIs in both .NET Core and .NET Framework.
  • Debugging complex C#/SQL problems to find simple solutions.
  • Mentoring and coaching in technical areas.

  • You can demonstrate strong Angular and .Net development experience.
  • Strong Object-Oriented Programming concepts, as we like to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
  • You have demonstrable project problem analysis/resolution skills.
  • You have experience within an Agile/Scrum environment.
