Senior Technical Manager | Infrastructure & Networking

This role will have an overriding impact in the way our company delivers modern technological solutions to our existing and new clients within the business. With a big emphasis on cloud, cyber security and infrastructure management, this role will have you using your technical mindset in delivering the most up to date technologies.

Responsibilities: -

  • Support and constructively challenge the team colleagues delivering solutions through all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Promote the use of software development, cloud, and cyber security technologies to both internal and external customers.
  • Support business development activities, attend customer meetings, prepare proposals, and write bid responses as required.
  • Assist the Technical Director in implementing long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure and software development services.
  • Liaise closely with colleagues from all parts of the business.

Skills: -

  • Have demonstrable skills and experience working in Technology, Cyber and desirably Information Governance roles.
  • Be proactive and innovative, willing to contribute ideas and suggestions.
  • Analyse, clarify, and clearly document customer requirements.
  • Meticulous and organised approach to work.
  • Able to work independently or part of a team.
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Proven abilities in logical, creative, and analytical problem solving
  • Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
  • Able to evidence successful cloud technology solution delivery, combined with technology skills including implementation, configuration, security, and cost management.

This role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received, and there will be some travel involved in the role to customer sites so you must have a Full UK Driving license.
