Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Paddington

Bouygues Energies & Services which is part of Equans, has an excellent opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to support several commercial office contracts across parts of West London and Central London.

The role will work closely with the FM Contract Manager and any client representatives in managing the service delivery across several key buildings in West & Central London.

The Service Manager will be key for the delivery of day to day hard and soft FM operational services across all buildings, to meet the highest standards of customer service and excellence.

Key activities:

  • Manage, oversee and develop all service lines within the site, setting and adhering to the highest levels of service delivery to all customers
  • Ensure your team demonstrates specific and detailed knowledge of the clients facilities and that all opportunities to enhance the customer journey and experience are promoted and shared with the FM Contract Manager
  • Consistently provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and service while promoting the Customer Care ‘Memories’ at all times. Maintain a close liaison with the client and ensure the day to day requirements are delivered on the Contract at all times
  • Ensure your team monitor entry to site and challenge individuals who are not wearing the correct ID Cards.
  • Ensure all incidents and maintenance issues are reported via the NOC and follow the correct escalation plan and raise any major incidents or accidents immediately with the FM Contract Manager and your Health and Safety representative.
  • Review, develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures to meet the requirements of the contract, making further improvements if and when required with the support from the Security Team
  • Ensure that both reception and security are fully trained to the required standards of operational delivery and implement and maintain a focus on cross training between both departments at all times to promote a consistent and one team approach
  • Responsible for the recruitment, training and supervising of the security officers and reception
  • Be available to escort and support any VIP’s or specific clients that are attending site for a meeting or event.

Skills, qualifications & experience

  • Leadership and team management
  • SIA Security requirements
  • Health & Safety risks associated with both hard and soft FM services including COSHH
  • Must have experience of managing service delivery of Hard and Soft Services with experience of
    managing and developing a team, including HR issues
  • First class customer care skills with proven ability to consistently go the extra mile
  • Must have experience of managing site compliance
  • IT Literate, knowledge of using Maximo or similar CAFM system essential
  • Ideally, will hold a relevant qualification e.g. WIFM/BIFM or similar; QHSE Qualifications i.e.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH desirable
