About Lumen
The Role
Based out of our Crewe office, you will be working as part of a team within the EMEA Service Desk function supporting Lumen’s corporate technology customers who consume a diverse range of products from Lumen’s Global Portfolio.
The Main Responsibilities
Be able to evidence strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate both in written and verbal format at varying levels of seniority both internally and externally.
Proven ability to adjust and thrive in dynamic changing environments whilst maintaining a positive and engaging outlook this is essential alongside a passion to improve the Customer Experience at all touch points.
Lumen are a leading-edge technology company, intrinsic and essential to the role is a passion to understand the various solutions we delivery and support for our customers on this basis a sound understanding of IP, voice and Unified Communications is a strong advantage for this role.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Ability to demonstrate a proactivity in their approach to customer service and evidence an ability to apply initiative and reasoning to all aspects of the role, this will extend to interactions with Lumen’s customers, partner suppliers and other key Lumen’s functions outside the Service Desk.
