Site Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to support our Site, you will take responsibility of day-to-day site administration activities allowing the Site Operations Manager and Department Managers to focus more time on standards, sales and the customer and colleague experience.

You will have to work closely, and communicate, with site colleagues at all levels, Central Support, and external business partners to ensure that your own, and your appropriate site targets are collaboratively delivered.

You will be responsible for:

  • Work closely, and liaise with GSA, our cleaning partner, to deliver site cleanliness standards.
  • Consulted on the department uniform spend to ensure site budget is achieved annually.
  • Support weekly fire checks and alarm tests (and duty checks once weekly)
  • Review site maintenance jobs for escalation and quotation on our online platform, escalate where needed to SOM outstanding jobs and reviewing and acting on messages.
  • Accountable for the delivery and relationship at site for ground works.
  • Accountable for the implementation of gaming compliance, KPI’s, processes, minimising smart safe peaks and solving claims when on site.
  • Ensure the site personal files are maintained by DM’s with the appropriate handling of sensitive data.
  • Prepare Return to Work documentation, note taking in ER meetings, onboarding, E-Learning, celebrating success and be a Dayforce champion.
  • Support Department Managers with recruitment in peak times.
  • Support the resolution of customer issues in a timely manner.
