Site Manager – Cladding

Sheffield

26-week Contract – Works Start in June

£250 - £340 a day (DOE)

Information on the role

Identify and assign project tasks to site operatives
Monitor project performance, ensuring timely delivery
Obtain necessary resources required
Promote the well-being of the team
Photograph key stages of installation and upload to the company’s quality management system
Ensure all tasks on site a carried out in accordance with Health and Safety regulations
Ensure PPE is worn at all times

What we’d like from you

Proven experience in Site Management
Experience in Cladding & External Wall Insulation (EWI)
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
Self-motivated personality
Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
Organisation and time management skills
SMSTS Qualified
