Established in 2019 Dorset based Electric Pubs has grown from a seed to operating 8 establishments. First came the Pymore Inn, Bridport in July 2019, then the Antelope, Hazelbury Bryan in October. The Elm Tree, near Weymouth was opened in August 2020 and the iconic Worlds End, Almer was added in 2021. We also have a vineyard, an orchard, a partnership with a local brewery, a cinema, an arts centre and a wine merchant Morrish and Banham.Our employees are the heart of what we do so we need passionate, enthusiastic, motivated and especially customer focused people to join our family. The Elm Tree Inn Langton Herring, Weymouth is looking for an experienced sous chef, or strong Chef De Partie looking to take their next step. Recently awarded in the Trenchermans & Taste of The West Gold & now aiming for AA rosettes we are looking to strengthen our team. The Elm Tree has a well know name for its creative, Innovative menus. We prepare everything from scratch and have a real shared passion for food, menus change monthly and our chefs have full autonomy on their menus with daily changing specials .
