The OHH Pub Company is recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join our rapidly growing and very successful company. Internal promotions have caused us to need to recruit a Sous Chef at The Old House At Home, Burton, an ivy-clad traditional pub.

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated sous chef to join our Family Owned business. You will work alongside a strong, ambitious head chef and Front of House team to create and deliver an exceptional, fresh and seasonal menu of dishes recommended highly in The AA Guide and in the Michelin Guide.

_The applicant would be involved with menu planning and full kitchen management. The successful candidate would be required to show the following:
- Ambition
- Cool headed and a real people person
- Efficiency with staff levels and cost controls
- Capable of achieving Margin Targets
- Understanding of the OHH offering and an ability to adapt to this whilst enhancing the offering in time with ideas and experience
- Strong work ethic
- Must be able to drive
- Good managerial skills to ensure the welfare of all team members and themselves alike

Starting salary; 28,000.00 (review after probation period & negotiable dependent on experience)
