Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist - Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team
Would you like to gain more experience in stroke rehabilitation within patient's homes and communities?
This is an excellent opportunity for a band 6 Speech and Language therapist to work in a truly integrated and supportive MDT.
You will work alongside Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Psychologists , Psychology Assistants and Rehabilitation assistants to facilitate high quality rehabilitation and enable patients to work towards their own specific goals. You will work with patients and carers to provide vital advice and support to help people live well after stroke.
This is a part-time job share post.
