About the Role

We are recruiting a Store Manager Designate for our stores covering the South Wales region.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager the Store Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation and management of their assigned store.

Responsibilities include:

« Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI's

« Inspire, lead and motivate staff

« Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service

« Delivery of exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance

« Recruitment, training and development of staff

« Compliance with all Health & Safety policies and legislation

Essential Requirements:

« Proven track record as Store Manager in a fast paced retail environment

« Demonstrable operational, leadership, planning, interpersonal and communication competencies

« Strong commercial numeracy and acumen

« Target and customer service orientated

« A working knowledge of retail computerised management and control systems
