We are looking for a Strategic Relationship Executive. This is an exciting new role that involves working closely with our Head of Strategic Relationships to set up and implement networking strategy across the Firm, particularly focusing on the Pensions market.
A significant part of this varied role will be dedicated to supporting our engagement with Professional Independent Trustees (PITs) and working alongside the Hymans Robertson PIT Group (including the PIT owners and PIT Client Coordinators (CCs)) to implement our networking strategy. You will work closely with the Head of Strategic Relationships, Marketing and Systems teams, and with key individuals and groups across the Business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of the firm’s PIT strategy by driving activity and actions with the PIT group
- Developing and managing communications and profile within the group and to the wider business
- Ensuring effective event attendance by identifying relevant marketing events and attendees and ensuring event calendar is up to date
- Supporting PIT referral process and managing information required
- Managing PIT research function and database for firms / individuals to feed into referral process
- Providing training and systems support for PIT group as and when required
- Monitoring clients at risk and ensuring appropriate response
- Supporting effective decision-making from PIT data including
- Ensuring the PIT group has appropriate MI including on PIT engagement and can respond effectively
- Collate and circulate quality data to PIT firms
- Supporting PIT referral process and managing information required
- Managing PIT research function and database for firms / individuals to feed into referral process
- Providing quality information on PITs to support opportunity qualification process
- Supporting the implementation of networking strategy and brand amplification firmwide
- Present and communicate to senior clients and PITs as and when required
- Helping to develop the strategy and forward-looking plans for the PIT group and wider networking strategy, including researching and understanding the PIT landscape and knowledge of additional strategic relationships including lawyers, covenant assessors etc
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant professional qualification or relevant industry experience.
- Relevant UK pensions experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of the PIT landscape would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong numerical skills.
- First class organisational and communication skills
