Who will I be supporting?
A fabulous young lady in her 30s who is supported to live independently in her own home
She has a learning disability and epilepsy
She loves horse riding, going clothes shopping and spending time with her friends at the day centre
She also loves a pamper session, listening to music (her favourite band is Steps!) and she enjoys watching movies like Matilda and Secret Garden
What will I be doing?
This young lady would like support to live her life how she chooses, to be herself and to achieve her goals
She would like support with her personal care, medication, food shopping and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
This young lady has access to her own car to make trips out of the house more enjoyable for her, so a full UK driving licence is essential to be a part of her team
What shifts are available?
Shifts start at 12pm one day and finish at 12pm the following day with a sleepover shift included (sleepover pay is £45 per shift)
We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
